THEY MAKE GOOD PROFITS BUT ARE NOT PREPARED TO SORT OUT ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. RECENTLY I MADE A LENGTHY COMPLAINT COVERING SEVERAL AREAS OF DISSATISFACTION.
